Phase 2: Prepare
Begin preparing presentations, connecting with prospective partners and potential launch team members. Continue to pray for favor with key stakeholders.
Secure an account so people will have a place to give.
Further training with a Church Planting Coach, a Church Planting retreat, and seeking advice from other church planters.
March–May 2025
Phase 3: Gather & Train a Team
Start recruiting through interest meetings
Begin an aggressive outreach plan with evangelism, discipleship groups and growth groups
Preaching at supporting churches
Teaching a Sunday School at the Mother Church
Having Launch Team Gatherings regularly to discuss values, mission, and strategy. Secure a name!
Secure Launch Team Covenants for Launch Team Members
Develop teams that will serve in our monthly services starting in October.
Find a suitable location to do our services
May–September 2025
Phase 4: Launch monthly Sunday Services
Have six monthly services that will mimic what our weekly services would look like
Have debrief meetings the Sunday after
Have a gospel gathering of some sort the 3rd Sunday
Have a planning meeting for the next Monthly Service
October 2025–March 2026
Phase 5: Launch weekly Sunday Services
